Hannah Bananas

I recently had the pleasure of meeting my Springfield friends in the middle for ice cream! Hannah Bananas has locations in Clinton and Higginsville, and sells coffee, a few food items, and Bluebell ice cream. We had a great time!

I ordered, or so I thought, a scoop of Blue Monster and a scoop of Krazy Kookie Dough, in a blueberry waffle cone. Turns out a “single” means two scoops and a “double” means four scoops… small towns, amirite??

What a cute set! I am so grateful to be vaxxed and able to meet friends for ice cream once again!!!

I shan’t lie to you… I still don’t love Bluebell. I find the vanilla base (such as in the blue whatever) very bland and uninteresting. The cake batter (?) base of the yellow flavor was better. Either way I admit I didn’t make it through this MASSIVE cone. But it was so lovely to go out into the world and see my friends!
