One More One More Scoop

PROGRAMMING NOTE: This blog post is being published at a significant time delay from my actual visit. My area is currently on stay-at-home orders. I started this blog as a celebration of something fun and positive in a world where that sort of content can be hard to find. My next posts will still publish Wednesdays at noon central, and will be about making ice cream at home. Please know that I am also very concerned about the state of things, and please join me in a moment’s distraction with these fun treats and pics.

One More Scoop would be a fave for sure if it was slightly less out of the way from where I am. I’ve written before about their charming ambiance (seriously, where can I buy that waffle cone chandelier??) and spectacular flavors. This visit was definitely consistent with that quality!

I got a scoop of peanut butter cup and a scoop of breakfast parfait (mixed berries and granola). And I’ll be, it was the most photogenically scooped cone I’ve ever seen! Look at those opulent orbs!!! I asked for a bowl to dump my leftovers into because it just looked so BIG but let’s be honest…….. there were no leftovers.

I really like that One More Scoop is both clear about their ingredients, and has a variety of non-dairy options available. I’ll admit I haven’t tried them but they sound really good!
