Stay Home: Chocolate Gooey Brownie
Next up from the Salt and Straw cookbook, not bone marrow, not olive oil, but… chocolate gooey brownie. What? It’s quarantine, let me eat my unadventurous feelings. Step one: brownies!
The key to your brownies not freezing solid? Marshmallow fluff. Yum! I can attest that these are gooey and decadent straight out of the freezer… the batch makes a lot more than you need for your 1.5 quarts of ice cream.
I took a page out of Betty Raes’ book and threw in some mini chocolate chips, too. This stuff was gooood!
PS this flavor was EXCELLENT paired with the brown butter toasted pecan. What would you pair with chocolate gooey brownie?
