Stay Home: Ice Cream Cereal??

Here’s how it went.
Friend: “I saw Drumstick cereal, you could use it as filler for your blog!”
Me: “…how was it??”
Friend: “Oh, I didn’t buy it.”

And so, here I am, with Drumstick mint chocolate cereal. Dear reader, as you may or may not know, I do not consider this a review blog; instead, I write of the joy of ice cream, and you’ll be hard-pressed to hear me say something negative. Especially if it involves a small business, people who worked really hard, etc.

Well, I might have to make an exception, and I don’t think General Mills Corporate will mind. this stuff was bad. I say that as someone who loves sugary cereal! This was flavorless and blah. The Golden Grahams squares were good but the cocoa puff-looking things didn’t taste like anything. Don’t get me started on the green puffs. If you’re looking for ice cream for breakfast, go for a coffee milkshake instead, I say.

Alas, no amount of flat lay could save it. I do recommend the book pictured, though! What’s your favorite cereal? I eat a lot of frosted shredded wheat, and Aldi-brand honey bunches of oats with almonds. Cinnamon chex are a good find, too.
