Stay Home: Snow Ice Cream

Alas, I thought to myself. It’s pandemic winter. What ever shall I do for content? Thank you to the friend who shouted out SNOW ICE CREAM!

While the internet contains all manner of recipes, I used Cassy’s advice: snow, sweetened condensed milk, and measure with your heart. Step one: Don’t eat the yellow snow.

This would be so fun to do with kids! I recommend giving it a shot with like… 2-3 inches of snow on the ground, at least. I definitely had to pick out bits of dirt and grass. Ha!
