Elevated Ice Cream Co

Last summer I visited family in Olympia, then we all made the trek together to visit more family in Victoria. It was beyond delightful and oh I long for those carefree summer days! Before we caught the ferry, we made a detour to Port Townsend on the coast on a friend’s recommendation. While we only spent an hour there, it made an impression as an utterly charming destination. Highlights included a tiny art supply store, a yarn store with an overflowing “free” corner, and of course, Elevated Ice Cream.

I guess I was feeling chocolately on this trip! I got Spicy Mexican (YUM), as well as Blind Love (triple chocolate that I’m hoping was named after Love is Blind). Everything is made in-house and it was so fresh and delicious. They also have a candy shop and let me show you what shocked me -

Raytown’s own Messner honey! Out there on the edge of the continent! Oh how lovely. What a fun surprise! (Here I am shouting out Messner back on one of my very first posts!!!)
