Aah, by the time this posts, I’ll be a month into my new job. This is Past Marie chiming in to ask you to please check on Current Marie! Maybe when I feel overwhelmed I can take a deep breath and think back to what a beautiful and pleasant trip I took to visit family in the PNW. I loved going with Alex and Anne to another of their local faves - Juju’s Ice Cream and Frozen Custard!

The vibes were excellent - the website describes it as “neo-vintage,” which, honestly, same. And they offered a variety of options, including “iced” cream, midwestern frozen custard (I didn’t know that’s a midwest thing but heyyy), and vegan soft serve, too! We love an inclusive icon!

Free sprinkles will win me over every time! I opted for the custard flavor of the day, chocolate almond. It was a delight! I would love to go back and try the ice cream and vegan soft serve options, too!
