About the best ice cream to be found in Raytown is Freddy’s Frozen Custard. The chain has only been here a couple years but it’s cemented…or should I say, concreted…its reputation for delicious treats!
You may have picked up by now, my go-to when it’s a “vanilla + toppings” situation is oreo + hot fudge! Takes me back to the lil frozen custard shop in my hometown that was the center of any teen hangs I engaged in. Freddy’s did the trick! I tried to stay on the small side because I was also very full of Mexican food, but the “mini” I ordered came out a little oversize. Ha! You don’t see me complaining!
