Home-made chocolate
Ok, it’s not just chocolate… it’s MALTED DARK CHOCOLATE, aka my favorite flavor that I’ve made at home thus far!
I still haven’t really made ice cream to share to the degree that I want to. Or wouldn’t it be fun to host an ice cream party with a variety of flavors? I think a bigger ice cream churn may be part of the secret of sharing ice cream en masse, but the White Mountain churns sound so high maintenance… !
My mother even saves me the disposable plastic containers to distribute ice cream! But then, once I think about distributing ice cream, does that lead me toward selling it? THAT seems like a rather larger venture than I am prepared for. But for now, ice cream is fun to make… when I have a little extra time and can plan ahead appropriately!
