Part of what Betty Rae’s is known for is their inventive flavors and collaborations with local foods. Since they announced it on insta I knew I HAD! TO! TRY! their AVOCADO TOAST ICE CREAM, a collaboration with Ibis Bakery.
Made with creamy avocado, balsamic vinaigrette, and toasted sourdough from Ibis Bakery, this flavor was fun and funky and I LOVED IT. Here’s my hot take: the first couple bites were “oh that’s weird,” and then after that it was “oh this is GOOD.”
Savor a flavor with a friend from far away! Thank you Caitlin for helping my avo ice cream dreams come true. Hard to go wrong with cookies ‘n’ cream, too!
