Snobuh

I finally made it to Snobuh, after a few curveballs! I was gonna go to Worlds of Fun the day before school started, but it turned out they were closed. So we made it the next Saturday. We were gonna get milkshakes at the park but the line was outta this world! And so, Snobuh. God bless the broken road and all :)

Located in the Iron District in NKC, and affiliated with multiple-blog-appearer Ice Cream Bae last I knew, Snobuh offers extravagant soft serve and smoothies. I’ve heard the word “vegan” associated with Snobuh but they did not appear to have vegan offerings this visit. The small location allows them to showcase just a couple items at a time.

Mom and I each got Ube and Sweet Cream soft serve swirled - and isn’t that a fun cup it’s served in?? Each order comes with a topping, and the soft serve was rich and decadent and plentiful!! Dad got a smoothie and it was… a smoothie.

I was very happy to finally try Snobuh! Check it out next time you’re in NKC, but look up the hours first, it tends to be seasonal. Also: I highly recommend the nachos from Kind Food, I took them home with me after this visit!

PS I just want someone to know that I’m writing this with my chromebook balanced on Laila’s back while she lays/sits on my lap. My wrists are not happy but my soul is!
