Greetings from the first Sweet Tooth Tracy collaboration post! My friends Dustin and Crystal Dick were so kind to not only share a slice of their Valentine’s ice cream cake with me, they also took lots of pics! I’ll note which photos are theirs in the captions. This beauty is from Cold Stone Creamery and features strawberry ice cream with chocolate flakes and chocolate ganache, as well as graham cracker crumbs. It was an excellent combo!

I’ll tell you a sweet tooth secret… I get very nervous about custom flavors. I almost always go with something already on the menu instead of making my own blend, figuring it’ll be “better” if it’s tried and true. Kudos to my friends for this custom cake - it turned out berry good :D
